If only I had a crystal ball I could answer the question I have been asked for months now from colleagues, clients, friends and family.....when is the real estate bubble going to burst??  In Florida there is a mass influx of people who are making the sunshine state their permanent residence. The low interest rates have given many buyers the potential to afford more. The problem is the inventory is low causing the prices to increase. This has not slowed down and with interest rates starting to climb, we may see a minor slowdown but prices are still increasing due to supply and demand.  More info can be found on Forbes by clicking link below Forbes Will housing market crash?
